Soccer Recap: Tiverton Takes a Loss

Tiverton's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the North Providence Cougars by a score of 3-2. Tiverton were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as North Providence apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Rhuan Santos wasn't going to let North Providence walk away unscathed as he scored both of Tiverton's goals, bringing his season total up to 19 goals.

Tiverton now has a losing record of 7-8-2. As for North Providence, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Tiverton nor North Providence have any future games scheduled.
