Basketball Game Preview: Boone Toreadors vs. A-D-M Tigers

Boone is 2-8 against A-D-M since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Boone Toreadors will venture away from home to challenge the A-D-M Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

While Boone didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They snuck past Carlisle with a 62-58 win on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, A-D-M was just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 68-67 to Gilbert. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Saturday (57), A-D-M still had to take the loss.

Boone's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for A-D-M, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.

Things could have been worse for Boone, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 61-42 loss to A-D-M in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Can Boone avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
