Baseball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Weed

Weed had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 22-19 win over the Fall River Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 18-3 on Friday.

Jett Marshall was incredible, getting on base in five of his six plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and three RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2025. Jackson Keen was another key player, going 2-for-6 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base.

Weed's record is now 12-10. As for Fall River, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13.

As of now, neither Weed nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
