Austyn Modrzewski Dazzles in Mountain Vista Victory

Mountain Vista picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Austyn Modrzewski. Modrzewski turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 367 yards and six touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last nine games he's played dating back to last season.

ThunderRidge's probably not too fond of Modrzewski given he always seems to get the better of them. When Modrzewski last faced the Grizzlies back in September of 2023, he threw for 451 yards and five touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes.

Tyler Meyer Delivers Best Effort of Season

On Saturday, Rock Canyon got the W thanks in part to Tyler Meyer playing the best football he has all season. Meyer's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 106 rushing yards.

Rock Canyon now has a winning record of 4-3. Meyer and Rock Canyon will square off against Castle View at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Cash Spence Goes Supernova in Valor Christian Victory

Valor Christian found a leader in Cash Spence as the squad took down Castle View on Friday. Spence was unstoppable, rushing for 36 yards and three touchdowns.

Valor Christian pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Spence and Valor Christian will challenge ThunderRidge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
