Football Game Preview: Moriah Vikings vs. Beekmantown Eagles + How To Watch

The Moriah Vikings will face off against the Beekmantown Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Moriah has given up an average of 32.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Moriah is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 48 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Peru on Saturday. They were dealt a 41-6 defeat at the hands of the Nighthawks. The Vikings have struggled against the Nighthawks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Beekmantown's game on Friday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat AuSable Valley 39-10. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now won five in a row.

Beekmantown's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Moriah, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Moriah lost to Beekmantown at home by a decisive 31-13 margin in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Vikings, Parker Broughton (who rushed for 183 yards and two scores on only 12 carries) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
