Pasadena won the last time they faced Rosemead and things went their way on Friday too. The Pasadena Bulldogs came out on top against the Rosemead Panthers by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Pasadena was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 23-25, 25-21, 28-26.

Despite the loss, Rosemead saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Vuong Andy Pham had 31 digs.

Pasadena's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Rosemead, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-1.

Pasadena didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against San Dimas on the 4th. As for Rosemead, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Whittier on the 11th.
