Fort Hill and Mountain Ridge are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2019, but likely not for long. The Sentinels will venture away from home to square off against the Miners at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Fort Hill hasn't scored more than two runs for three games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

Fort Hill fell victim to Saint James and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Saints.

Meanwhile, Mountain Ridge earned an 8-5 victory over Southern on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Miners.

Mountain Ridge's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Fort Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.

Fort Hill couldn't quite get it done against Mountain Ridge in their previous matchup on April 8th as they fell 15-10. Can the Sentinels avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
