Chiawana took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-22, 25-23.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Lewis & Clark, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Central Valley on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won five in a row.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-17, 25-11.

Chiawana's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Lewis & Clark, their victory bumped their record up to 8-9.
