Volleyball Recap: Caldwell Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Caldwell had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They came out on top against the Conotton Valley Rockets by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Redskins: when they faced off against the Rockets back in August, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Caldwell had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 16-25, 25-16, 26-24, 28-26.

Caldwell's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Conotton Valley, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 9-2 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Caldwell will head out to take on Belpre at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Conotton Valley, they will venture away from home to face off against Strasburg-Franklin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
