After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Mary's Prep, St. Catherine of Siena Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Lutheran North Mustangs with a sharp 3-0 win. The Athletes haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-23, 26-24.

St. Catherine of Siena Academy's win bumped their record up to 16-9-1. As for Lutheran North, they moved to 21-10 with that loss, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. St. Catherine of Siena Academy will head out to challenge Milford at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lutheran North, they will square off against Cousino at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
