Roosevelt hasn't lost a match since April 4th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Lincoln Railsplitters a 5-0 shutout. Roosevelt might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by three goals or more this season.

Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 7-1-2. As for Lincoln, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Roosevelt will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on A-D-M at 7:00 p.m. on the 28th. As for Lincoln, they will head out to take on Urbandale at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
