Basketball Recap: Bottineau Comes Up Short

Bottineau lost to Grafton back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Braves/Stars fell 75-70 to the Spoilers. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Wednesday (61), the Braves/Stars still had to take the loss.

This is the second loss in a row for Bottineau and nudges their season record down to 4-3. As for Grafton, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Bottineau will square off against St. John at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Braves/Stars will be up against the Woodchucks' rather soft defense (which has allowed 65.75 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Grafton, they will face off against Langdon at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
