Basketball Recap: Plevna Comes Up Short

Plevna and Powder River County squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Plevna had to settle for second. They fell to the Powder River County Hawks 61-55. The Cougars have struggled against the Hawks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Plevna's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Powder River County, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Plevna nor Powder River County have any future games scheduled.
