Basketball Recap: Beaver Dam Piles Up the Points Against Delavan-Darien

On Saturday, the Beaver Dam Golden Beavers took their match with ease, bagging an 81-53 victory over the Delavan-Darien Comets. Given the Golden Beavers' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 117th, while the Comets are ranked 417th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win made it two in a row for Beaver Dam and bumps their season record up to 12-10. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.5 points over those games. As for Delavan-Darien, they dropped their record down to 5-16 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.
