Basketball Recap: Geary Takes a Loss

Geary was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt an 81-27 defeat at the hands of the Calumet Chieftains. While losing is never fun, the Bison can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 289th, while the Chieftains are ranked tenth).

Geary's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Calumet, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Geary will take on Hydro-Eakly at 8:00 p.m. on January 14th. As for Calumet, they will square off against Gracemont at 8:00 p.m. on January 14th.
