It was a good run, but Palmetto unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Miami Stingarees. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Palmetto's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Miami, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2.

Looking ahead, Palmetto will take on Miami in a tournament on Friday. As for Miami, they will challenge Archbishop McCarthy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
