Basketball Recap: Granite Hills Takes a Loss

If Granite Hills was riding high fresh off their 58-33 takedown of Lindsay last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Granite Hills Grizzlies fell just short of the Strathmore Spartans by a score of 50-47 on Monday. The Grizzlies were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Spartans earlier this season, when they won 47-29.

Granite Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 19-10. As for Strathmore, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Granite Hills nor Strathmore have any future games scheduled.
