Basketball Game Preview: Bristow Pirates vs. Perkins-Tryon Demons

The Bristow Pirates will take on the Perkins-Tryon Demons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bristow is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

Bristow came up short against Kiefer on Friday, falling 51-28. While losing is never fun, the Pirates can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 270th, while the Trojans are ranked 64th).

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Perkins-Tryon, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 40-30 win over Cushing on Friday.

Perkins-Tryon pushed their record up to 12-6 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.0 points per game. As for Bristow, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.
