The South Lafourche Tarpons beat the L.W. Higgins Hurricanes 11-6 on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tarpons.

South Lafourche let Jack Ledet and Ress Duet run wild. Ledet scored two runs while going 2-for-3, while Duet scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Duet has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last seven times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jacob Pierce, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
