Basketball Recap: Arcadia Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Arcadia can now relate to. They had to suffer through a 91-27 loss at the hands of the John Marshall Justices. While losing is never fun, the Firebirds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 283rd, while the Justices are ranked 136th).

Arcadia's loss dropped their record down to 12-6. As for John Marshall, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-8.

As of now, neither Arcadia nor John Marshall have any future games scheduled.
