Basketball Game Preview: Texas Institute vs. Hill Hawks

Having just played yesterday, Texas Institute will get right back to it and host the Hill Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Texas Institute's defense has only allowed 29 points per game this season, so Hill's offense will have their work cut out for them.

On Tuesday, Texas Institute was able to grind out a solid victory over Dallas Christian Academy, taking the game 51-40.

Meanwhile, Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch back in December of 2024 as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by Gorman and fell 69-24.

Texas Institute has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
