East Linn Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Nestucca Bobcats. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bobcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

East Linn Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Nestucca, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-4.
