With a playoff win on the line, Warhill rose to the challenge on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Phoebus Phantoms a 12-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Warhill, who have now won seven contests by four goals or more so far this season.

Warhill is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those five games. As for Phoebus, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-9-1.

Looking ahead, Warhill will challenge Gloucester at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Phoebus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
