Baseball Recap: Keene Starts off Right with Win over Monadnock

Keene had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They put the hurt on the Monadnock Huskies with a sharp 15-2 win on Thursday.

Miles Desrosiers was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Colin Tinnin, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 4-for-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Keene will challenge Winnacunnet at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Monadnock, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Hillsboro-Deering at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
