Volleyball Recap: Mountain View Falls Short Against Ranked Herriman

On Thursday, Mountain View faced Herriman in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Mountain View Bruins fell 3-1 to the Herriman Mustangs. The Bruins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mountain View started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-16, 25-14, 25-22.

Mountain View now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Herriman, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain View will take on Lone Peak at 6:30 p.m. on March 20th. As for Herriman, they will challenge Skyridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
