Volleyball Recap: Christ the King Comes Up Short

Christ the King was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Chicago Christian Knights.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-9.

Christ the King's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Chicago Christian, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-9.

Coming up, Christ the King will venture away from home to square off against Northtown at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chicago Christian, they will be taking part in a tournament against Oak Forest at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
