United South Central barely beat Kenyon-Wanamingo the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rebels didn't even let the Knights on the board on Thursday, marking the Rebels' second-straight 10-0 shutout. Considering the Rebels have won 12 contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
United South Central's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Kenyon-Wanamingo, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.
