Meanwhile, Seymour sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Marinette on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for Seymour in their matchups with Marinette: they've now won three in a row.

Seymour's win bumped their record up to 4-1-1. As for New London, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
