Baseball Recap: Bellaire Comes Up Short

Bellaire couldn't beat Bridgeport on Monday even though they stacked four runs on them in the second inning. The Big Reds fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 6-5. The Big Reds were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 9-3.

Bellaire's loss dropped their record down to 2-21. As for Bridgeport, their record is now 10-12.

Bellaire does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bridgeport, they have already played their next matchup, an 11-1 defeat against Hiland on the 20th.
