Adding to the longest winning streak in 5A Conference 12 this week, Bird beat Cosby 35-0. The victory was the eighth in a row for the team.

Meadowbrook took down Colonial Heights 52-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.

Manchester's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Daniel Rose threw for 140 and 2 touchdowns and Jonathan Duhart had 65 yards receiving. On the ground Lakee Simon contributed 43 yards. Marcus Ricks helped Manchester's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 27 yards.

Duhart was the best wideout in the league this week as the Lancers topped Wythe. Duhart tallied 4 receptions for 65 yards. Ricks helped Manchester's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 27 yards.

Manchester's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Lancers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Rose has thrown for 1,265 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, while Duhart has 33 catches for 597 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Bird takes on Clover Hill. David Bedwell's team is currently in first, while the Cavaliers are in sixth.

Matoaca and Prince George played the closest game in 5A Conference 12 this week, with Matoaca eventually emerging with a 27-21 victory.
