Soccer Recap: Foster Comes Up Short

Foster was the 4-0 winner over Sammamish when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Foster Bulldogs fell just short of the Sammamish RedHawks by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mohamed Omar and Francisco Alvarez Zuniga scored both of Foster's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Foster's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Sammamish, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Coincidentally, Foster and Sammamish will both be playing Bellevue the next time they take the pitch. Foster will head out to face Bellevue at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Sammamish will head out to face them at 8:00 p.m. on March 27th.
