Volleyball Recap: Wyndmere/Lidgerwood Takes a Loss

The Wyndmere/Lidgerwood Warbirds came up short against the Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier Rangers on Monday and fell 3-1. The Warbirds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Wyndmere/Lidgerwood started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 23-25, 29-27, 25-21, 31-29.

Wyndmere/Lidgerwood's loss dropped their record down to 14-7-1. As for Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-7-3 record this season.

Wyndmere/Lidgerwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier, they have already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock on the 11th.
