Scottsburg and Brownstown Central are an even 5-5 against one another  since April of 2015, but likely not for long. The Warriors are taking a road trip to  take on the Braves  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Scottsburg comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
Things were looking good for Scottsburg after they put the first  run on the board on Monday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They lost  15-5 to Mitchell.
 Scottsburg saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Hannah Tatlock, who  got on base  in all three of her plate appearances with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  double. Those  stolen bases were  Tatlock's first of the season.  Macy Gibson was another,  going 1-for-2 with two  stolen bases, one  run,  and one  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Brownstown Central came up short against  Seymour on Monday, falling  10-3. The Braves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Brownstown Central's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Scottsburg, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
 Scottsburg couldn't quite finish off Brownstown Central in their previous matchup  back in April of 2024 and fell  2-0. Can the Warriors avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
