It may have taken ten innings to finish the job, but Glenbard East ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Naperville North Huskies 7-6. The win was familiar territory for the Rams, who have now won five matches in a row.

Glenbard East's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-8. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Naperville North, they now have a losing record of 12-13.
