Softball Recap: Daniel Boone's Losing Streak Snapped at Six Games

Daniel Boone came into Tuesday's matchup having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victor by a 9-2 margin over the Dobyns-Bennett Indians on Tuesday. The Trailblazers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Emmi Croley was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She pitched seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. Those runs marked the first that she scored this season.
