Farragut barely beat Powell the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Admirals put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 8-2 win on Saturday. Considering the Admirals have won 13 contests by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Farragut is on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 21 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-9 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Powell, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-11.

Looking ahead, Farragut will challenge Maryville at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Powell does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
