It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Trinity ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They came out on top against the Keller Indians by a score of 2-1 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). This was payback for the Trojans, who suffered a 7-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Trinity's win bumped their record up to 13-9-2. As for Keller, with the loss, they broke their 14-game winning streak and moved their record to 25-2-2.

Trinity will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Indians: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
