Basketball Game Preview: Cedar Ridge Raiders vs. Round Rock Dragons

The Cedar Ridge Raiders will face off against the Round Rock Dragons at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, Cedar Ridge was beaten by Round Rock Westwood 70-29. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 645th, while the Warriors are ranked 43rd).

Meanwhile, Round Rock entered their tilt with McNeil on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They breezed by the Mavericks to the tune of 65-37. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Dragons have posted since December 13, 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Cedar Ridge and nudges their season record down to 9-16. As for Round Rock, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 19-8.
