Volleyball Recap: Gray Stone Day Takes a Loss

Gray Stone Day entered their match against Christ the King on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Knights fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 3-2. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Crusaders when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Gray Stone Day's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Christ the King, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gray Stone Day will take on Community School of Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Christ the King, they will challenge Lake Norman Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
