Volleyball Recap: Cape Fear Christian Academy's Run of Four Straight Victories Now Over

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Cape Fear Christian Academy can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Halifax Academy Vikings on Saturday. Considering the last time the Eagles couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

Christianna Wynns paced Cape Fear Christian Academy's offense, picking up ten kills. Wynns got some help from Olivia Thompson and her 12 assists. Wynns was also a major player on defense: she and Ella Wilborn shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with three each.
