The ED White Commanders will square off against the Yulee Hornets at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Thursday, ED White came out on top against Raines by a score of 51-47 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game).

Leandrea Mccloud was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds. What's more, she also racked up four blocks, the most she's had since back in December of 2024. Kyra Jackson was another key player, putting up 12 points.
ED White smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in seven consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Yulee hadn't done well against West Nassau recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Yulee claimed a resounding 55-25 win over West Nassau. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Hornets considering their 16-point performance the matchup before.
Yulee's win came from a few key players ED White will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Kelsi Cornegay, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Liana Brown, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds.
Yulee's victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-10. As for ED White, their win bumped their record up to 11-13.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: ED White has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 37.9 boards per game. However, it's not like Yulee struggles in that department as they've been averaging 28.1 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
ED White was able to grind out a solid victory over Yulee when the teams last played back in December of 2020, winning 48-38. Will ED White repeat their success, or does Yulee have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
