Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Alma). They put the hurt on the Siloam Springs Panthers with a sharp 16-9 win on Monday. The victory was nothing new for the Airedales as they're now sitting on five straight.

Alma's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 8-3. As for Siloam Springs, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.

Alma will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Panthers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
