Softball Recap: Eisenhower Takes a Loss

Eisenhower lost to Hermiston back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cadets came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 19-5. The Cadets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Zabella Hickenbottom was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base. Thalia Garza was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

Eisenhower now has a losing record of 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Eisenhower is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will take on Mt. Baker at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hermiston, they will challenge Hanford at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
