Turner came out on top against Clinton on Thursday thanks in part to Olyvia Piranio's efforts. Piranio made a splash, tossing seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. It looks like she has Clinton's number considering she had a big game the last time she faced them back in April. Piranio has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
