Oak Ridge waltzed into their contest on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Bridgeland Bears. This was payback for the War Eagles, who suffered a 9-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Oak Ridge's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Bridgeland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Oak Ridge will take on Klein Collins in a tournament on Saturday. Oak Ridge is facing Klein Collins at the right time seeing as Klein Collins is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
