Football Recap: Fairmont Prep Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sunny Hills, Fairmont Prep was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They snuck past the Whittier Cardinals with a 12-7 win.

Fairmont Prep's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Whittier, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fairmont Prep will take on Mission Viejo in a tournament on Saturday. As for Whittier, they will take on El Rancho at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cardinals are facing the Dons at the right time seeing as the Dons are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
