Basketball Recap: Arrowhead Now 9-1 over Last Ten Games

Arrowhead won the last time they faced Oconomowoc and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went the Arrowhead Warhawks' way against the Oconomowoc Raccoons as the Arrowhead Warhawks made off with a 76-53 win. The Warhawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arrowhead to victory, but perhaps none more so than Natalie Kussow, who almost dropped a double-double on 21 points and nine boards. Kussow is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sidney Zehner, who went 8 for 18 on her way to 18 points and seven assists.

Arrowhead smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Arrowhead is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season. As for Oconomowoc, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Arrowhead will be playing in front of their home fans against Muskego at 5:30 p.m. on January 24th. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a seven-game winning streak alive.
