Soccer Recap: Northglenn Takes a Loss

After flying high against Westminster on Thursday, Northglenn came back down to earth. The Norsemen lost 8-1 to the Riverdale Ridge Ravens on Tuesday. The contest was a close 2-1 at the break, but unfortunately for Northglenn it sure didn't stay that way.

Their goal came courtesy of Kaitlyn Fujinami, who's now up to 12 this season.

Northglenn dropped their record down to 5-10 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Riverdale Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2-1 record this season.

Northglenn does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Riverdale Ridge, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Windsor on the 1st.
