Baseball Recap: Browne Finds Home Field Redemption Against Agua Fria

There's no place like home for Browne, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 15-0 margin over the Agua Fria Owls on Monday. Considering the Bruins' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Andre Hernandez looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Brandon Torres, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in RBI. Another player making a difference was Bryan Olmos, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-2.

With the win, Browne broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-3. As for Agua Fria, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.
