Soccer Recap: Baraboo Wins Going Away Against Delavan-Darien

Baraboo's game on Saturday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the Delavan-Darien Comets. The result was nothing new for Baraboo, who have now won three matches by four goals or more so far this season.

They hit Delavan-Darien with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Isaiah Romano-Thompson (3), Kai Hollenbeck-Smith, and Brayden Ferrera-Hunter.

The win made it two in a row for Baraboo and bumps their season record up to 5-4. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those two contests. As for Delavan-Darien, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 9-2-2 record.
